SERVICES
The following services are provided at no additional
charge: all utilities for standard office equipment during
building hours, 7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon Saturday; janitorial service, pest
control and 24-hour security.
BUILD-OUT
Construction services are available depending on the term
of the lease and the nature of the improvements desired. WTC
employs its own construction department and has the capacity
to make any improvements you may require.
AMENITIES
The Plimsoll Club for WTC
members; the Louisiana International Trade Center for
import/export assistance; two conference rooms with
conference style seating capacities of 54 and 30; gift shop
and convenience store; beauty/barber shop. The WTC Building is accessible 24
hours a day and is in close proximity to the Hilton Hotel and
other major hotels, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center,
the French Quarter, the ferry landing and Harrah's casino. The
World Trade Center is easily reached via two major
thoroughfares, Canal and Poydras Streets, and is in quick,
direct access to the interstate.
PARKING
Covered parking is available in the WTC 1,000 car garage
adjacent to the Hilton Hotel.
