About Raymond Sullivan

Raymond Sullivan has more than thirty years’ experience in all aspects of cross border transaction regulatory compliance and business consulting, including establishment of import capabilities and foreign trade zone facilities for foreign-based companies establishing U.S. manufacturing or assembly operations.

He regularly represents clients in pre-audit reviews, audits and compliance assessments and
investigations by Customs and Border Protection, and in the development of compliance plans for Customs and import compliance.

Mr. Sullivan counsels clients in all aspects of export control and licensing matters, with a particular focus on
OFAC enforcement and compliance matters, and works with clients to develop compliance programs for export
and other foreign transactions.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sullivan worked as a Special Agent and Import Specialist with U.S.
Customs, participating in import/export commercial fraud investigations of cross border transactions, both civil and criminal.
