This 9-member business delegation from Peru is
comprised of professional lawyers representing the
telecommunications, energy, finance, mining, environment,
processed foods, and intellectual property sectors. The
delegation is visiting Louisiana to study the legal aspects of
doing business in the state and the U.S.
Keynote Luncheon Speaker:
Jose Luis Sardon
Dean of the Law and Economics School
Peru University of Applied Sciences
Dr. Sardon is an advisor to a variety of
government agencies and companies, particularly on
competitiveness and free trade policy, as well as the energy
and petroleum sectors. He will discuss the opportunities for
Peru’s trade and investment with Louisiana, focusing on the
anticipated impact of the Andean Free Trade Agreement.
