Ask yourself...

  • Are your hiring skills improving or hurting your bottom line?

  • How much did your last hiring mistake cost you?

  • Are your new hires moving your company closer to your ”to be" culture, or are they keeping your company stuck?

  • Do you fully realize the impact a weak hiring process is having on your corporate profits?

This hands on, interactive, learning-driven workshop will focus on how to hire top employees, either executives, office managers or workers, or sales producers. Participants will receive an overview of building a Hiring Matrix. This tool will then be used to drive the interview, hiring, and quarterly review process.

Learn the importance of hiring toward your "to be" culture instead of hiring employees or sale reps that keep your organization and profits stuck in an "as is" culture. Sections on strategies, goals of the interview, interviewing techniques, using the Sandler Hiring Funnel, and interviewing role-playing are all a part of this intensive workshop.

We will also touch on using effective pre-hire assessment tools to help insure you only interview those that will be successful. This workshop is part of the Sandler Systems Strategic Management program, used by companies like Oracle and Cap Gemini and taught worldwide by the Sandler Sales Institute, with offices in Hong Kong, Sidney, Ireland, England, Mexico, Canada, and 120 locations in the U.S. If you want to grow your company, grow your people. If you want to move from a good company to a great company, make sure you have the right people on the bus. Learn how using advanced assessment tools and skilled interviewing can simplify the hiring process, reduce turnover, and improve the ROI of your payroll expense. Improved hiring skills are key to your competitive advantage.
