from Argentina is comprised of practicing corporate
attorneys representing international and domestic firms
in the automotive, agricultural, banking, bankruptcy,
construction, energy, finance, forest products, gas,
hotel, and water sectors, among others. The delegation
is visiting Louisiana to study the legal aspects of
doing business and to make contacts for pursuing

Dr. Allessandra Minnicelli is an expert in corporate
finance, with 20 years of experience in both the private and
public sectors. She is currently the Vice Comptroller General for
the Government of Argentina and also a professor at Austral
University, teaching corporate and financial law.
Dr. Susy Inés Bello Knoll is a public accountant and
a commercial law attorney as well as university professor. As
director of the Premaster program in corporate law for the last
twelve years, she has developed a highly acclaimed program for
lawyers acting as internal or external advisors to their
business clients.
Dr. Minnicelli and Dr. Bello will talk about the investment
and business opportunities in Argentina in view of the current
economic and political situation in their country. They will
also discuss the current round of Free Trade Agreements and the
opportunities and issues they see for Argentina.
