The online version of the LITD also indicates member

non-members. WTC members not currently involved in
international trade, or have a business outside of
Louisiana, can be listed in the online database Other WTC Members
Providing Goods and Services.
Trade Leads - The WTC receives
trade leads from other WTCs worldwide. These are
posted on the members-only section of the WTC website
for 2 weeks before being transferred to the Business Leads section
of the WTC site for the general public. In
addition, WTC members can post trade leads of their own
on WTC site as well as have them emailed to WTCs
worldwide.
Conference and meeting rooms
are available at a discounted rate for members at the Plimsoll
Club, and at various private clubs and WTCs worldwide
